Dinner and Wine Tasting Events

An increasingly popular fundraising special event includes food and friends. If you like to entertain or be entertained, consider hosting some type of a tasting event! Throughout the country, UMDF Chapters, Mito groups and families are organizing a variety of dinner events and parties from backyard BBQ events to wine tasting parties and black tie dinners. If you are interested in organizing a reception, dinner or dessert event, whether large or small, you help educate others about mitochondrial disease while raising important funds for research.

The Special Events Department will provide you with checklists, timelines, sample letters and support through the event planning process.
