Golfing "Fore" a Cure

Do you enjoy golfing or have a group of friends and business associates that golf on a regular basis? Perhaps you would like to take a swing at hosting a golf outing in your community. Since 1998, UMDF Chapters, Mito groups and families have been golfing "fore" a cure. In fiscal 2005, close to $300,000 was raised through a dozen golf events throughout the country. Golf outings both large and small are a great way to bring your friends, family and the local business community together while creating awareness about mitochondrial disease.
